Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1 business day. However, depending on the time of day and/or the day in the week, orders may not be shipped to the next business day. We only ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Our shipping rates are as follows:
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for most shipments.
- UPS Ground (3-5 days): $12
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days): $30
- UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): $ 50
- For next day orders, orders must be received by 12:00 pm PT for guaranteed next day delivery.
* UPS has some service limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. In these cases only USPS option will be selected.
If you refuse delivery for any reason, you are responsible for the original shipping charges that may be incurred as well as the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your purchase price and a credit would be processed for the remaining balance.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases at Cami. Should the need arise for you to return or exchange an item, the following is the Return/Exchange Policy:
• Please contact us and let us know of your intention to return or exchange an item at customerservice@shopcami.com.
• All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt. They should be sent to:

• The item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition, must have the original tags attached and packaging if applicable.
• All jewelry, accessories, intimates and swimwear are not returnable.
• Discounted or Sale items, and Special Orders are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully!
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
Cami will inspect all returned merchandise, and at our discretion accept or deny your return/exchange request. In the event your return is denied for any reason, Cami will return the merchandise back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
Once a return has been accepted, a credit will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price less any shipping charges paid by the customer. Please note that it may take 3-5 days for the credit to appear depending your credit card/banking institution.
All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Cami.
Shopcami.com does not assume responsibility for lost packages that we do not ship ourselves. Please insure your Return/Exchange for the purchase price. We also do not assume responsibility for faulty or damaged goods after the 14 day return period has passed. If a manufacturing defect has occurred, we will attempt to assist you in obtaining a return authorization from the manufacturer. Shopcami.com will not be responsible for the shipping and handling of the item.
